CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
If ever an order for a corporate entity is cancelled before the occurrence of the submission of the filing to the state, ,The Law Offices of Nick Spradlin, PLLC will refund the total amount of your payment minus a preparation fee of fifty dollars ($50.00).
If however The Law Offices of Nick Spraldin, PLLC is asked to cancel an order after the corporate entity filing has been submitted to the state, no refund will be granted.
